1. I want to withdraw from the university. What should I do?
Register in the system using your Ozal.edu.tr student email at https://oik.ozal.edu.tr/ under the ‘Register’ section and submit your withdrawal request online. Once all approvals are completed, your withdrawal will be processed.
2. How can I suspend my enrollment?
Submit a petition stating a valid reason to the secretary office of your program. Your request will be evaluated by the relevant board, and enrollment suspension may be granted for one or two semesters, not exceeding a total of two academic periods. Suspended periods are not counted toward your program duration. Detailed information is provided in our Associate and Undergraduate Regulations.
